The HealthEmotions Research Institute has reserved room blocks at three fine Madison hotels, each within easy walking distance of the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center and downtown Madison. Attendees (except Travel Award winners) are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please note that room demand is very high in Madison in April, especially late April. Rooms in the reserved blocks will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and it is strongly advised that attendees avail themselves of these reserved blocks and make their reservations no later than March 26, when any blocked rooms not reserved will be released to the general public. When reserving a room at one of the two symposium hotels, please request a room from the WISCONSIN SYMPOSIUM ON EMOTION BLOCK. The numbers listed for each hotel correspond to the number on the locator map.
